At Provelop Digital, we are committed to providing seamless fulfillment of our digital marketing, creative, and consulting services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our approach to delivering services, processing payments, handling cancellations, and addressing client concerns.

1. Service Fulfillment Overview

We offer marketing, branding, website development, digital strategy, and consulting services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) for each client. Our fulfillment process follows these steps:

  1. Onboarding: Upon engagement, we initiate a 14-day onboarding period to collect necessary information, establish project goals, and ensure proper integration.
  2. Execution: Our team works in predefined phases, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables as per the project scope.
  3. Review & Revisions: Clients are provided structured opportunities to review progress and request revisions within the agreed-upon scope.
  4. Final Delivery: Deliverables are handed over in the format specified in the contract, with appropriate ownership rights transferred upon final payment.

2. Refund Policy

Given the nature of our pre-scheduled and customized digital services, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued once work has commenced. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • If the Agency is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund may be considered.
  • If a client wishes to cancel a service before work begins, they must provide a written cancellation request, and a refund will be issued minus administrative fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since we offer digital services, there is no physical shipping involved. Deliverables will be provided via email, cloud-based platforms, or client-accessible dashboards (e.g., Notion, Google Drive, or project management tools).

For digital product deliveries:

  • Website credentials, marketing assets, and final designs will be shared securely through the designated client portal or via encrypted file transfers.
  • Clients must acknowledge receipt of deliverables within 3 business days. If no feedback is received, the project will be considered fulfilled.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service agreement under the following conditions:

  • Pre-Onboarding Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received before onboarding begins, a refund minus administrative processing fees may be issued.
  • Post-Onboarding Cancellation: If a project is already underway, cancellations will result in forfeiture of payments made, as work will have commenced.
  • Long-Term Contracts: For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Returns Policy

As a service-based company, returns do not apply to our offerings. However, if a service is not completed according to the agreed-upon terms, we will work with the client to address concerns through revision cycles as specified in the SOW.

6. Client Support & Dispute Resolution

We are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining transparency throughout our engagement. If you have any concerns, please follow these steps:

  2. Resolution Attempt: Our team will respond within 3 business days to assess the situation and suggest a resolution.
  3. Escalation: If the issue remains unresolved, the matter will be escalated to arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.

7. Compliance with Stripe & Industry Standards

To ensure compliance with Stripe’s best practices and industry regulations, we:

  • Clearly state service descriptions and deliverables.
  • Display pricing in the relevant currency.
  • Provide transparent communication and accessible support channels.
  • Implement secure handling of client data and transactions.
